THOMAS HALL recently left the Old Globe Theatre after more than 20 years as its managing/producing director, where he produced more than 250 productions, including the world premiere of The Full Monty. As producer or associate producer he has been represented on B'way with the Duke Ellington musical Play On! and the 1994 revival of Damn Yankees, and Off-B'way with A.R. Gurney's The Cocktail Hour. Other productions originally produced/co-produced by the Globe under his supervision that have gone on to successful NY engagements include, among others, the Sondheim/Lapine musical Into the Woods, Neil Simon's Jake's Women and Rumors, August Wilson's Two Trains Running and The Piano Lesson, Tina Howe's Pride's Crossing, the Off-B'way hit The Full Gallop and the 1989 American premiere of the Maly Drama Theatre's Brothers and Sisters. In addition to his producing activities, Mr. Hall has an active consulting practice as a managing partner in the firm of AlbertHall & Associates.
