MICHAEL HARTMAN is a partner of Barlow-Hartman Public Relations, a New York-based theatrical publicity firm founded in 1999 with John Barlow. With over twelve years of experience as a Broadway press agent, current Broadway productions include The Producers, winner of twelve 2001 Tony Awards, including Best Musical; Thoroughly Modern Millie, winner of six 2002 Tony Awards, including Best Musical; Movin' Out by Tony-winners Twyla Tharp and Billy Joel; Little Shop of Horrors; Fiddler on the Roof, starring Alfred Molina; Bombay Dreams and Sixteen Wounded, starring Judd Hirsch; as well as the Off-Broadway productions of Cookin' and the upcoming Here Lies Jenny, starring Bebe Neuwirth, choreographed by Ann Reinking. The firm is press representative for Clear Channel Entertainment's theatrical division worldwide, Primary Stages and the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center in Waterford, CT.
