JOHN JOHNSON is a New York City native and resident who graduated from Fordham University at Lincoln Center with a B.A. in Theatre Management. John began and has continued his management career in the offices of Elizabeth I. McCann and Joey Parnes and has worked on productions such as Copenhagen; The Play About the Baby; Edward Albee's The Goat, or Who is Sylvia; Tuesdays with Morrie; Beckett/Albee; Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf; Well; Butley; Passing Strange and the upcoming Equus revival in the fall of 2008. He has worked on the Tony Awards since 2001 most recently as the Associate Producer on the 61st Annual show this past year. Additionally, John was the Associate Director of Northwestern's Theatre Arts Division of the National High School Institute from 2002 until 2005 and continues as a Consulting Associate at the program.
